Where is the event taking place?
The event will be held at STUDIO VAL, located at 2614 Eugenia Ave, Nashville, TN 37211.
When does the event start?
Doors open at 6:00 PM on Saturday, July 19th, 2025. We recommend arriving early to get settled before the tasting begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All ticket sales are final. However, if you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know in advance.
All ticket sales are final to ensure we can properly plan for sourcing, chef prep, and venue logistics—especially with ingredients like a whole bluefin tuna flown in from Mexico. However, tickets are fully transferable if you can’t attend.

We’ll update the guest list and send them a confirmation.
Transfers must be submitted no later than July 17th at 5 PM CST.
Yes, free on-site and street parking is available near the venue. As well as other parking lots around the the event address.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $200 per person, which includes access to the event, live demonstrations, and a multi-course tasting menu featuring both whole tuna and whole hog.
